England’s South Coast plagued by invading large lizards

Invading Lizards - Biologists claim their behavior is not-typicalEngland’s southern coastal towns are being besieged by large lizards. Bizarrely it appears the reptiles are coming in from the English Channel and searching for holy ground to lay their eggs. Biologists claim their behavior is not-typical and are alarmed by the events.

It began last week with a number of Lizards being spotted off the coast in south devon. The RSPCA were brought in and the lizards were taken to a Reptile house in Bristol. Things took a turn, when panicked phone calls were being made to RSPCA, the emergency services and various local radio phone-in shows.

Cornish coastal churchyard the scene of egg layingOvernight, hundreds of thousands of lizards had embarked on an inland invasion of the English south coast. From Penzance in the West to Dover in the East, incredible scenes of a reptile immigration. Events became even more bizarre as they reptiles all in turn searched out holy land to lay their eggs.

Churchyards across the coast were being infested with mothering lizards. Biologists are bewildered about the events. The armed forces and emergency services are at work trying to contain the situation.
