New British Prime Minister Gordon Brown grants The Cheese Times an exclusive interview in which he candidly admits "I can't grow a beard". The Facial folically challenged new leader expresses his longterm non beard shame.
Later Brown explained his CT beard expose was a nice icebreaker when he recently visted the US President at the Whitehouse. According to Brown, President Bush, a longtime fan of ZZ Top remarked he also would enjoy sporting a full length beard, yet is unable to achieve too much length or fullness. The two leaders waxed lyrical about facial hair and discussed the interesting fact that the only member of ZZ Top not to sport a beard is called Frank Beard. President Rutherford B. Hayes: Cracking Beard Concluding the Prime Minister's visit, the President showed the new Premier the Whitehouse portraits. Gordon told us "Only half a dozen US presidents sported a full beard in their offical presidential portraits, although there were a few others that had some form of facial hair". When we asked the PM which of the beards he enjoyed the most, he replied unequivocally "Rutherford B. Hayes, he had a cracking Beard" |
