Bit of a fatty then, eh? Well tobacco is a well known appetite suppressant. It can keep you thin and it will keep you fit as well. Simply by smoking every minute of every working hour, you’ll drop the pounds, as you have no time for, or need of food anymore. The fatter you are, the more you should smoke. Once slimmed down to your ideal weight simply reintroduce pies, burgers and pastries as replacements for some of your daily pipes. You need to figure out why you overeat, defeat that problem and keeping the weight off won’t be an issue anymore. Smoking a pipe in a contemplative stance, preferably on a balcony or pier for an afternoon should help you resolve this. The best way to beat an addiction is to find and acquire a new addiction. Replace calories with nicotine. Any pipe tobacco, in a moderately priced pipe and above will be sufficient. Job done.
