We hate to say it, but try lower fat types of cheese, or lower fat versions of the cheeses you love. Many cheeses such as cheddar, mozzarella and feta have low fat versions that still pack plenty of taste. For this particular health issue one should maybe use cheese in a non-conventional or non-eating way. For example the sport of cheese rolling (as popular in eastern European countries) can help the obese no end. By chasing your snack you’re nearly half way there to burning off the bugger’s calories. Using cheese purely as an exercise tool can lead to hours of healthy fun. Or you can use Cheese as a luxury, as a reward to achieve your weight loss goals. Cheese is still far healthier than chocolate, cakes, chips and other high calorie snacks. If you absolutely, positively gotta pig out, pig out on cheese!
