Diarrhea/Constipation Print E-mail

Have you noticed too much cheese can sometimes cause constipation? Well that's because only around 30 percent of cheese is actually digested and assimilated. Cheese is extremely viscid when it leaves the stomach and thus can cause a slowing of the intestines processes. However do not worry that your cheese intake will cause constipation. Constipation can be avoided by accompanying your cheese with equal volumes of wine with spices. Spices such as chilies or pepper can help speed up the metabolism. Whilst the wine helps the digestion of the cheese and thus ensures a pleasant passage. If you're suffering from diarrhea, just eliminate the wine, and any spices, fruits or vegetables from your meal that evening. Feast instead on a cheese quiche, as eggs are the allies of the diarrhea struck soul. Your diarrhea will be cured. If all else fails, then Heroin Afghanistan goat’s cheese will stop your transitory inner body flow completely. However you will never shit again, having become hopelessly addicted to opiates, which inevitably WILL result in death. So best not go there.
