The Bush administration in an attempt to galvanise their hold on the Iraq situation have called upon the wizardry of Harry Potter. The administration found a loop hole through the Patriot Act to cease the rights to the Harry Potter stories and create their own movie version. “Harry Potter and the Axis of Evil” is currently filming. It’s a grandiose masterpiece. Harry, (played by Daniel Radcliffe lookalike Thomas Edam) takes on the evil forces of the axis of evil.
Potter takes on the forces of evil head on. On his mission to bring freedom he is guided by his Hogwarts mentors Dumbledore (played with great aplomb by the current president’s father and former President George Bush) and Remus Lupin, the Defense against the dark arts of terrorism teacher (played by Donald Rumsfeld) There are even cameo appearances by George W. Bush himself, and former Prime Minister Margeret Thatcher, who makes an appearance as Professor McGonagle. The general plot is someone simple, Harry shows that the forces of the axis of evil can only bring misery to the people of middle east, and that only through the belief in the magic of the west, can the people of the middle east finally achieve peace and freedom. Hogwarts plans an election where the people of Iraq can vote for freedom and happiness, yet these plans are attempted to be thwarted by the famed Potter baddies Dementors. The famous Dementors, guards of Azkaban, are however known in this movie as “The Insurgents”. The movie is set to be played in the weeks before the Iraqi elections, in a hope that the Potter image will deliver a positive view of democracy crafted by the west. The axis of evil shown to be cruel masters of misery, Bin Laden is computer generated and looks very real, as does the other main evil nemesis, former Iraqi dictator Hussein. The movie is hoped to encourage potential voters in Iraq to vote for freedom and peace. |
