G'Day Bruce! Try this natty little number. Chuck 'em on the barbie!
500 g minced beef 1 egg 1 cup bread crumbs 1/3 cup tomato ketchup 1 clove garlic fresh ground pepper mixed fresh herbs 1 tsp mustard powder 1 tbs oil 1 Mix all the ingredients together (except oil), this is best done with your hands. 2 Shape into round balls, heat oil on high in a heavy based frying pan. 3 Turn the rissoles over when one side is browned and slightly crispy (make sure they don't burn). 4 Cook the other side the same way, turn the heat down to medium and cook through. |
