The Bond point was first raised by Martin "Alec" McGuiness, when he regarded that the recent "007 Heaven" series broadcasted by ITV, as showing the difference between the purely catholic Sean Connery and his "prostestant" arch rival Roger Moore.
{mosgoogle}John Trimble agreed that the bond theory was the crux of the Northern Ireland debate and that an agreement could not be brought about unless the IRA accepted that Roger Moore is the better portrayer of the MI5 spy. John Hume considered the Bond clause irrelevant and quotes "I think the peace process should rise above such futile dispute." Ex-Bonds Sean Connery and Roger Moore have thrown their weight around the recent possitive dialect from Ireland and both shall be campaigning for the de-armament of all polictical groups in the provence by the May 2000 deadline. There are still some discusson regarding the Pierce Brosnan Ruling as set on the negotiating table this past week..... |
