Last night, Alf Stilton, 42, captured probably the most important event in substantiating our beliefs in the existence of cheese out side our own domain.

He captured this photo (above) using a cine projector strapped to the front of his butchers bike on the way home to his Ely residence. Alf Stilton (pictured right), a Second World War veteran, said of the event, "There's a lot to be said for a piece of Lancashire cheese and a good glass of ale, but not when the bugger's flying."

This sighting is not the first but it is the only known event photographed.
